The mobile mast system offers the possibility to the user to fasten sensor technology without problems according to the local conditions as well as a short term installation and permanent change of position. A high firmness and an almost unlimited life span are given by a high-grade steel construction.

The mobile mast system consists of a mobility applicable undivided high-grade steel mast with welded base plate. The base plate was equipped with an anti-twist ground protection. The bracing is made by three high-grade steel ropes, which are anchored in the ground with high-grade steel pegs. The mast is adjusted by means of turnbuckles.

The sensors are fastened to an optional cross beam 2m above ground according to the guidelines of the German Weather Service.

It must be noted for the installation of the mast system that the cross beam attachment is aligned in north south direction. So, for example, the sensor for the density of light has to be fixed on the south lever  and the rain gauge on the north side.
