     Description

This sensor combination is used for the measurement of the air temperature, the relative humidity and the global radiation of the sun.

The air temperature sensor consists of a temperature-dependent silicon regulated current source, whereby there is no influence on the measuring signal / accuracy by the sensor line resistance / conduit length. Of course, on customer's request, we also supply the conventional PT100 .

The humidity sensor is structured as a planar multi-layer sensor and is equipped with a complex software temperature compensation.

The primary pressure absorber of the air pressure sensor is based on a silicon absolute pressure sensor item, whose function is based on the piezo-resistive effect. It is measured against a vacuum as the reference. It has an internal active temperature compensation for a wide temperature range. This is achieved by an integrated signal processor that realizes an extensive correction of the course of temperature.

The sensor is supplied in a sturdy and impact-resistant plastic casing.
